1995 F#50 Dies all the time. Needing advice.

I have 95 7.3 Automatic with modifications I have Beans diesel stage 1 injectors, fast fuel system a 6 position custom chip, Beans fuel bowl delete, 4" MBRP exhaust and S+B intake.

I recently blew the head gaskets on my motor so I bought a newer motor out of a 1997 F350 and swapped my performance parts parts onto my newer motor. Now while driving the vehicle runs well while still warming up. However when the vehicle reaches operating temperature, it wants to die all the time. Often when going down hill or when I have to slow down, the engine will drop from around 700 rpm to 3-400 rpm over and over as if it was loping, but is barely able to stay running. It will do this as well, again when warmed up, after it has been shut off for a few minutes and is turned back on.

A couple days back I stopped at a red light and when I tried to pull out nothing happened. I pressed in the fuel pedal and it was if the motor didn't even know it. I put it to the floor and still nothing. It took about 30 seconds for it to finally start accelerating. During this time the engine idled perfectly, it just seem to not be receiving any fuel. My truck did this again while leaving a store. I started it, it did the process of trying to die and I finally just pulled out and again, it would just idle with no fuel.

On semi Cold to cold mornings, around 50 degrees or below, the truck won't start. It will just crank and will never catch and start.

I also just replaced the IDM hoping to help this but it hasn't changed how the truck performs.
