Split Second, No Power! What The...?

Okay guys, here's the problem: Three times in the last month, my truck just turns off, for a split second, and then all is fine. This has happened twice, while getting onto the freeway, and once, while on the freeway. I'm thinking the problem is electrical, as the last time it happened, it was a little longer pause. About a second, maybe. I did notice that the tach dropped about 1000 RPM's, but my truck is a manual trans, so in reality, the R's would have really not dropped at all(almost). The tach dropping, is what's making me think it's electrical. Anyone have any ideas? Maybe it's happened to one of you? I want to get this resolved asap! Summer's coming, I'll be pulling a trailer, and I don't want to be dead in the water somewhere! Thanks guys!

Mine does this same thing. Its always at slow speeds and when i'm accelerating. It will cut out for just a split second, But it does it maybe once a month. It actually did it today, and the last time i can remember was late January/early February. It just cuts out for a second, but runs great the rest of the time.

Must be the lovely gray sensor then. My truck did it when i first got, then i was chasing what turned out to be a ICP sensor problem, and i put in a new gray CPS and it still does it.

Looks like I'll be changing a CPS then. At least it's an easy fix! Thanks Guys!
