What are these noises?

Ok guys... A couple questions.
First off my motor will shutter sometimes when it at idle, video below. The video starts off shuttering then I tap the gas and it goes away.
(Also I dont know how to put them up for you to see so if someone could do that it would be awesome)

Secondly, and this is a little harder to hear. When Im driving and let off the gas the motor will give off a ticking sound. Any idea what that is?

Re: What are these noises?

manual or automatic trans?

I have a ZF5 and the t.o. bearing rattles sometimes, or maybe its the gears. I read something interesting from the Southbend website about the manual-rattle/clunking sound.

Can't really hear the sound on the video. Take a section of garden hose and use it as a stethoscope to find out where the sound is coming from.

Re: What are these noises?

The motor keeps shuttering, it will smooth out if I let it shutter for a while but will sometimes do it again.

It's the motor sutteeing. It's a manual and will do it in nu
When it's not in gear. Maybe the flywheel?

Re: What are these noises?

It sounds like your dual mass flywheel is going out...

Re: What are these noises?

If you don't have a DMF, you need to read the install manual from Southbend. Let me find it for you. Start reading on page 4. This may help you understand why your engine/trans shutters....
