Decceleration wobble

Between the speed of 20-30 mph when I apply moderate-heavy pressure to the brakes I have been noticing a 'Death Wobble'.
Ive replaced the tie-rods, rebalanced the tires/wheels to the best they can get with military issued rubber, the steering box is new, and an adjustable panhard bar has been installed.
Ive been told by a mechanic who did the alignment, that it could be improperly worn rotors... however im not a rotor specialist sooo...
Btw, the shaking stops if I brake below 20mph or if I turn.

Could be wheel bearings as well. i would jack up each side and shake the tire from 12 to 6 o'clock and then 3 to 9 o'clock and then 2 to 10 o'clock. first one is to check ball joints, second one is for steering, third is for wheel bearings. yes you will notice other problems during any of those positions but they will be more pronounced in those positions. You should also spin each tire whil it is jacked up and watch for it catching or wobbling indicating a warped rotor. Also you can set a block of wood next to the tire so that it just barely touches the tire and spin the tire and watch for side gaps/hitting of the tire. That could indicate a bad belt or deformed tire as well.

well I know one tire is out of round but its sitting on the rear to minimize the stabilization issue, planning on using some sort of dynamic balancing to cure that problem.
All of the bearings have been changed in the front. And this is a 1991 axle so it has kingpins, not sure what it feels like when those go bad...

A kingpin axle will do the same thing as a ball joint axle when they go bad. The difference between them is that a kingpin axle has a stud in the top and a tapered roller bearing in the bottom and no stud.

could be a tire with ripped cords.i had this problem once and the tire looked perfectly normal until i let the air out of it to change it,then a big bulge popped out.i would also think it could be the rotors.usually bad wheel bearings/king pin/ball joints will cause the death wobble at higher speeds in my experiences.

Its really weird. Ive noticed that since Ive tightened down my panhard bar more it has decreased. Sooo... I guessing it has to do with the front axle, and the tires that were out of round are sitting on the rear. One mechanic thinks something is wrong with the axle integrity, however this wobble problem started after I took off the tires designed for the highway and put on the military ones. Of course my kingpins could definitly be the issue afterall the axle is a 91'.
Whats the best way to check the kingpins?

You check kingpins the same way you check ball joints. An additional test method is with the wheel off the ground place a heavy bar under the tire in the center and lift up on it while feeling for clunking, movement in the joint. You answered your own question though already. The problem started when you switched tires. Put the good tires back on. If the problem goes away the military tires are junk.

Hahah, would love to put the procomp 35's back on however they have maybe 1/64" of tread an are currently being used on my buddies F250 that had tires showing the steel belts!
Oh well ill just replaced the kingpins later this summer when I get back from training. And the military tires may not balance well but they are soo inexpensive!! Love that!

Why do you say warped rotors? ive been told that too, but im still not convinced.
