Re: HELP!!! fuel leak

wait more then 6 mins to bump your thread.

it can be leaking from either the fuel bowl, the fuel pump, the fuel lines that are in the vally.

honestly climb in there and clean the vally spotless, then start it up and start looking for the the fuel.

Re: HELP!!! fuel leak

Look at your fuel bowl first, then fuel pump.

I have a couple post about fuel leaks.

go to Replacement O-rings for Ford Diesel Engines buy all the fuel bowl orings, hoses, heater element if yours is bad, IPR oring kit....the whole deal from him. He is a great guy to deal with. Also go to Napa and and pick up a can of silicon spray, it helps a lot when putting the hoses on!

Re: HELP!!! fuel leak

I would say you either need new o-rings in the fittings around the bowl, or new hoses in the valley. M first obs was that way, leaking fuel pretty bad cause the lines were rotted out. just pull the spyder off, clean valley out, and watch while its running and you should see where its comming out. The lines are just standard 3/8in diesel fuel hose, and the o rings are like a 9 dollar kit on ebay
