Explain dual mass flywheel? vendor for clutch

So I got my reman'd Beans stage 1 in and love em but I think clutch hates em. Stock tunes everthing was fine. Loaded up tow tune on CS and about 2300 rpm it felt like tires where spinning on the wet roads. Nope, speedo doesnt go with the rpms. Confirmed today on dry roads. Weird thing is I dont smell a smoked clutch. Pulled inspection panel and i can rotate pressure plate in a rotating manner with pedal out. Is it dead? where is cheapest place for either Valair/Southbend single mass setup?

03 F-350. EGR delete, ARP studs, BPD 7.3 fan clutch, coolant filter, cat delete, AT, 3.73s.
