temp control

Ive got a 95 reg cab, and no matter where i turn the thermostat it is stuck on blazing hot. The vent switch works though, any ideas? maybe just bad switch?

2000 psd 7.3=S366, Hybrids, Twin Hpops, AirDog, Beans Tunes, 6spd conversion

Spraying to get horsepower is kinda like paying a hot chick to go on a date with you. In the end what does it prove because you wont always have it.

Sounds like the plenum isn't moving like it should. Get down on the passenger floor and feel the heater box and change the temp setting and see if you feel the plenum door move.

check the vac line on the pass fender it ie a small with hard line .mine it flaking apart so I covered it with rubber line.
