speedo bouncing

I replaced the sensor in the rear axle didn't fix what other sensor should I replace to get my speedo to stop bouncing all over

96 350 LB CC 4x4, 5 speed, 4 inch all spring lift, 35 mt, 18 inch classic 2, beans stage 1 injectors, beans custom tunes, 3in down pipe 4in mbrp exhaust, cold air intake, idm modd 220,000
05 QC 3500 SB Cummins, 5 inch moto blue, afe intake, daddy built trans, magtec DD, 4.10 gears, edge juice with tude, 120,000

You have to change the speedometer itself.

96cc,lb,4x4,zf5. DIY dual filter intake, intercooled,gauges,4''down pipe, DIY front bumper/grill guard,fuel tank mod, 238cc Rosewood Diesel hybrids,6pos chip from TDP,

same thing happened to me..... then I checked the wiring for any breaks and I found a section that was recently repaired(before I bought the truck) that had elec trape that was starting to peel and the wires were black instead of copper.

So check the wires first.......
