F350 Front Spring Options

Are there different obs spring rates like the SD trucks have? Lifted, stock height, aftermarket???

I also have a question about the rear spring block. If I wanted a 5” block to replace a stock F350 block, do I need one that is flat or one with an angle?

Re: F350 Front Spring Options

I believe the F350s may have had a special order for stiffer springs for a plough package from the factory although I don’t recall spring codes. There was also F450 4x2 springs that had big arc to them. Thinking there are aftermarket F350 lift springs for sure, like Deaver springs. Other alternative is Shackle Reversal Kit with SD springs front and rear. Or 05 and newer coil over front and with SD rear end to maintain wheel stud dimensions.

Precision Metal Fabrications, makes a true bolt on RSK and it comes in different lift heights.

Rear blocks, with 5” lift you might wanna shim the rear end along with dropping the driveshaft at the pillow block.
