P1272 whats most likely

Looking for what might be my most likely Issue. Was minding my own business driving along everything just fine and the truck started to shudder, thought I had a flat tire, but no. Could feel the engine was running rough. did the Buzz test and my # 2 came back with P1272 high low, what might be the primary cause of this, the injector itself or could it be most likely wiring. the truck has been hard starting with a lot of smoke but then has been running fine, any input would be appreciated. thanks
1995 F250 7.3 203,000 miles. had the injectors out about a year ago and put new 0 rings on. Most All other sensors and such are a year old as I was chasing my tail and ended up with a bad computer after replacing most everything else.

Where did you get the injectors? When I had that code the armature was hitting the coil.
