maxi-fuse #13 blows

I have not cranked my f350 4x4 7.3L automatic tranny, turbo, in over 2 weeks.
Went to crank it and found maxi-fuse #13 blown, replaced, turned engine over, blew same fuse..
Question is, what does this fuse under the hood control, so I can get it running...
PS, had 2 days under 30 degrees, first day back in the 60's...

Thank you for your time and efforts...

Re: maxi-fuse #13 blows

Are you sure that it is #13 and not #22?

If it is #22 unplug the fuel bowl heater on the filter housing, replace the fuse and all will be fine. There are thousands of trucks out there running without the heater.
