WIF sensor part number?

My bone stock 95 DIT 4WD F250 has developed an intermittent Water in Fuel WIF error that I cannot seem to solve. I have replaced the filter element, drained the bowl at least six times, inspected the wiring connections, and run at least four tanks of fuel through the system. All other parameters are normal, no OBD codes or warning lights - problem occurs using fuel from different stations and in both front and rear tanks. I'm out of ideas and grasping at straws here to fix this - any suggestions or does anybody have the Ford part number for the WIF sensor? Thanks in advance for your help.

Re: WIF sensor part number?

Google search will turn one up.
There's also a "module." Looks like a relay. Follow the wiring from the fuel bowl.
Personally I wouldn't worry too much. I drained mine pretty religiously. Never got anything considerable. So I lessened the frequency, but still drained it into a clear bottle to inspect.

Re: WIF sensor part number?

Have you been catching the fuel in a clear bottle to make sure that there isn't any water in it?

I filled up at a station and got enough water in my tanks that it took me 6 months before I got all the water out by just draining it when the light came on.

Diesel O Rings has the sensor
