Angry Fuel system issue

Is their a second fuel pump somewhere on a 97 Powerstroke truck. I have changed the valley pump but still is not running.

No there isn't.

You might want to post this in the correct section and describe what is going on other than fuel system problem.

96 F250 XLT 4x4, 4:10 gears, 5 speed, Tymar intake and HX hose, downpipe, pyro and boost guages, coolant filter, Luc clutch

Sometimes it's hard to prime the system after you change the pump. While cranking test your fuel pressure and report back. Crank for a little bit and refill the fuel bowl. You can crack the return line from the heads to the regulator to help bleed some air.
