Missing in one of the front pass side cylinders

I have a 1997 7.3 ZF5 that got new injectors 15k ago. Everything was fine until the other day. I was driving on the highway and then came to a stop at the toll booth and my truck instantly started missing. I got home and unplugged each of the four valve cover harnesses individually. When I unplugged the front passenger side harness the truck ran the same so I was able to isolate the problem to those two cylinders. All eight injectors buzzed. I put a new valve cover gasket and a new under valve cover harness as well as a new pig tail for the outside of the valve cover and it still misses in one of the two cylinders. I even unplugged each of the two injectors individually and it still ran the same. Someone told me to make sure the push rods aren't bent so I pulled out all four individually. One may be a tiny bit bent. When I roll it on a table you can see it rolls flat and then you can see it's not completely straight. Does anyone have any ideas on what it may be?

Sounds like you might have a bad wire in the engine harness. I would ohm it out.
