Idle up and down just sitting?

So im trying to figure this one out and this truck has really given me nothing but problems since i got it. I have pretty much replaced most of the sensors on the truck like icp, ebp, cps. Im having 2 issues right one one is the trucks idle rpms will just go up and down not like a lope they are just up....then down. The other day i left the truck running for my dog's sake while i went into the store and when i came out the ac was not cold and the engine was almost dying then recovering. My second issue is i think a misfire. When i push the throttle in park you can definitely tell something is off its not just smooth like other powerstrokes. This truck has new babe swamp injectors and i have disconnected my ts6 chip to just see if that improved anything. It has not. I have checked all the external connections and they seem to be tight and i have electric grease in them all. At this point this truck is just pissing me off. its just one thing after another.
