icp

just curious what would happen if i were to unplug the icp and drive around like that? cause it sure runs better without it plugged in.

If you have an auto trans it will shift very hard (not good for tranny). It'll be running off default table values which probably isn't optimum for most situations anyway. Cheers!

yea the 3rd gear is rough thanks though i was just curious if it would be that bad to leave it unplugged.

Since the PCM will not see an actual pressure signal from the ICP, it will use values that are contained in the computer based on all the other signals its getting (at least that's how I understand it). Cheers!
