Power window help

I know it has been addressed a thousand times, sorry for posting again. But I'm having trouble finding any answers. I'm new to the forum and diesels. I just bought a 97 f250 crew cab 7.3 a couple months ago. Anyway the rear passenger window didn't work when I bought it. Tested the plug at the motor and it has power in both directions with both switches. Here's the weird part, when I hooked up the new motor it now only rolls down with the driver's door and only rolls up with the rear passenger door. When I hook my voltage meter to the plug for the motor I see no power issues with either switch, they show +12.5 volts going up and -12.5 going down or opposite depending on which wire I test. I've looked for broken wires and can't find any. Is this a symptom of a bad switch, or what? I am terrible when it comes to electrical work so any help is greatly appreciated.

Re: Power window help

Switch, or corrosion between the switch and the connector. Rain gets in there ever time the door is opened

Thank you. I just finished tearing the master switch apart and spayed the hell out of it with contact cleaner and it works fine now.
