1997 rebuild

I have a 1997 f350 reg cab 4*4 with just under 100k on a 7.3 that got totaled out couple years back. Been wanting to rebuild it an found a donor truck but it has a busted frame but good axles an tranny, an found a good frame to out of another truck. All that's wrong with mine is we hit a culvert in a snow drift an it twisted frame around engine bent front axle broke transmission an transfer case. But I just found a complete good frame an axles all still complete body, engine, tranny was just removed from 2001 reg cab 4*4 f350 for $500. How hard would it be to put my complete body an engine on the superduty frame. To me it just seems like it would be a lot less work then pulling axles off donor truck to put on good frame to put my body on. Is it possible? Any ideas what all it would detail?
