97 7.3 superduty no start

Truck was going down the road then died! at this point I'm not sure what's going on. I checked the obd for any codes and could not detect any codes. I checked to best I could some of the common things.

Hpop has oil. Icp has resistance/no code. When I took this out and turned over the engine some oil came out but it didn't shoot it but a few inches.

Ipr electrical part tests at 10.4 ohms.

The fuel bowl doesn't have any fuel, this is where it gets interesting! The owner sprayed starting fluid and I seen 55 psi off the valve. I seem to think that this method may cause a false reading. With koeo no fuel is moving, is this normal? With trying to start still no fuel in bowl. If I push the shrader valve while pressurized? Not much comes out. I figure a pick up tube broke or a pump is out.

Besides taking the tank out (per owner) it's good! Could I get suggestions on things to check secondary to a fuel pump?

welcome to PSN.
could be a bad fuel pump. try connecting the fuel pump to an external fuel source like a boat gas tank.
if it fires up and runs, you have a problem in the tank. if you still get no fuel to the bowl on the external tank, i would suspect the fuel pump.

Do you get any fuel from the schrader valve while cranking?

With just key on, you will not see fuel flowing, it's a mechanical pump, you'll only see fuel flowing into the fuel bowl with the engine cranking.
