Replaced IDM - better mpg, less smell

I had my IDM go out over memorial days weekend and put in a reman that fixed the dead bank issue with the failed IDM. Mileage wasn't bad before but it was poor after installing the first reman that showed failed signs when warmed up. After driving around through a tank with the new IDM mileage seems to be up and the very strong eye burning exhaust smell seem to be gone. Time will tell but I've been fighting the strong exhaust smell for years and perhaps some of the diodes, resistors in the IDM were starting to fail causing injection issues that didn't cause operating problems but impacted injectors in a way that caused poor combustion.
