Randomly Cutting Out

Got a 95 with an auto. Got new baby swamps injectors with their tuns on a TS6 chip with 1000 miles on them and a rebuilt transmission 13k ago. Besides that, it's all stock. Every now and then when I'm going down hill slowing down to make a turn, at around 20-25mph when the torque converter unlocks from 3rd to 2nd, the rpm's drop really low and occasionally dies if you don't ketch it and tap the throttle. It has done this 3 or 4 times now. Each time has been when I'm towing trailers loaded down about 12 thousand pounds. Don't know what is causing this. Each time has been a close call when it cuts out. Also in general, when shifting to first or reverse, the truck will bog down a lot.
Been trying to figure out this problem for a while now.
Any ideas or suggestions would help.
