Re: WTH IS THIS CALLED?!
I believe that sucker is called the vacuum manifold
The second and third pictures are obviously of a superduty which uses an electric vacuum pump, a vacuum reservoir and a vacuum switch to control the hubs. The vacuum on a superduty is used for hubs and dash functions
On a 94-97 OBS
truck the vacuum pump is belt driven, feeds into the vacuum manifold (pic 1) where it splits off to power the vacuum brake booster and again dash functions
