Arrow 95 Powerstroke hesitates and stumbles

So about 10 days ago I got my truck back from the shop it had a set of Baby Swamps installed and a new high pressure pump new crankshaft position sensor and seals replaced. I have driven it over 100 miles 80 of them highway miles and there a stumble/hesitation at all speeds. Any ideas suggestions?
