crank pulley removal

I have to replace the front cover. What kind of puller(s) do I need? What size are the threaded holes on the pulley?

new to me truck:02-99 f350 cclb 4x4 6sp bdp stg 1's, TW 6 pos chip, diy tymar everything else stock, that I know of, talk about bassackward upgrading, but I wanted my NEW stg1's in my 'new' truck

I have used a cheapo from the harbour . I am certain the bolt holes are metric as well.

97 crew cab shorty-4x4 Lots of mods .

H-bar, 2 jaw, 3 jaw ???
Are there 2 pulleys,(1 pulley, 1 balancer) or just one big one?
