Clutch pushrod fix.

Has any body done the perminate bushing fix from Ebay ?

They call for an open 11/16 box wrench for the bolt holding the rod that the bushing goes on to, connected to the clutch pedal
But none of my 11/16 wrenches or sockets fit..

Any body done this know what size I need? 18 MM fits close, but she wiggles a bit

Re: Clutch pushrod fix.

So incase any body is planning on this

I had to use the 18 MM with a little wiggle room, I dont know why, But It worked good enough..

finally got it all back together, and man the first light tap from the foot begins engaging the clutch, Unlike I've ever felt before!

so Test drive in a hour, Can't wait to actually mash on the clutch without worrying about it breaking or dropping to the floor

Re: Clutch pushrod fix.

Are you talking about under the steering wheel, down on the brake and clutch pedal assembley ? If so please explain. I've had problems with the clutch not working rite and having to shove your foot through the floor board to get it to start. Where is this at on E-bay ?

Yes, a good permanent fix for the little white plastic bushing that always breaks apart I have read. I want to do this too someday.
