1995 Ford TS performance chip

ok i have a 1995 ford powerstroke with a ts preformance chip. Today i was driving it and really pushing it to its limits on 140 hp setting, and at 3500 rmp you hear a pop and then it starts blowing an enormous amount of black smoke. When i let off i see a little whitish grey smoke. any one know what is happening the only thing that i can think of is fire going through the turbo to get the grey white smoke any thoughts

Re: 1995 Ford TS performance chip

maybe blew one of the rubber couplings off between the turbo and intake manifold? or a donut gasket on an up-pipe blew?
