Vibration in brake pedal.

I just did the DIY intake last night and test drove and all is good..well today get in start it up, and I feel this bad vibration in the brake pedal..just really notice it at idle but who drives around with foot on brake. So what could it be? Intake have anything to do with it?

1995 2wd Powerstroke 7.3L 5spd
Cat delete/3 inch DP/1.0 Turbo w/ Non-EBPV
TS 6 position chip
Single mass flywheel conversion

DIY air intake

Found the problem..the new air filter was rubbin and vibrating the master cylinder, in return causin the pedal to vibrate.
