changing stock turbo

hey guys roasted my stocker but lucky for me i got another stock back up from a buddy.....what o-rings or etc. should i replace before putting it on the truck and where do i get it from ????? not a turbo rebuild kit though turbo is good wit only 100k still tight

You need 4 o rings and lots of PB blaster. I get my o rings from Ford or the John Deere dealer.

Do the turbo-to-pedestal bolts and pedestal-to-engine bolts get blue Loctite? What torque? I've got to put mine back in tomorrow.

ya i heard alot of pb blaster anybody have part numbers for the o-rings or ford should know what i need?

o-ring numbers are in this forum's parts list, you need two -a and two -b. Even though the packages have two in them, my dealer charged me twice for each, I'm not sure if that was entirely correct. $4 for each o-ring is a little steep.
