DIY intake question..

Can I use PVC pipe for this? Will I have any problems if I do so? What length do I need and it should be 4 inch pipe correct?

Thanks

Re: DIY intake question..

I can't recall the length, but that is what I used and after a little paint, it doesn't look bad either.

Re: DIY intake question..

I was told about 5" long, I'm about to build mine this weekend...I've been told 4" exhaust pipe tubing works the best....I will let you know how it turns out.

I used 3-1/2" of 4" exhaust pipe.

I used a 3" street elbow. It is a 45 elbow, and it has 4" OD. works great.

Re: DIY intake question..

I did the same as Andy did, got the elbow at Home Depot and attached to the #6637 and stock intake boot.
