Turbo exhaust housing bolts

Got my turbo out, and I see one of the exhaust housing-to-turbo bolts is missing (not the EBPV housing bolts). Not broken, missing entirely...must've been left out from the factory (or else vibrated loose, unlikely) because this is the first time the turbo has come out.

Any reason I shouldn't use a stainless steel hex head bolt, or maybe stainless socket head cap screws to replace them? I'll use lockwashers and copper never-seize on them.

Re: Turbo exhaust housing bolts

stage 8 has locking fasteners that will not back out. I think ITP has them.

Re: Turbo exhaust housing bolts

make sure you use plenty of anti sieze on them, so they won't gall up either going in or taking them back out sometime.

Re: Turbo exhaust housing bolts

Ford dealer sells the bolts. I use NevrSeize and torque them to 17 ft-lbs. Any less and they may fall out and the housing eats up the wheel. Learned this the hard way.
