sparatick hesitation during accelaration

Ok I'm new to this and maybe this question has been answered a million times, During normal driving and by that I mean an honest attempt to be nice to the rear tires, my truck hesitates, like it loses fuel for a second then regains fuel. It even shut off on me in traffic to but fired right back up no problem. Now I've heard it could be the TPS... Is this fact or myth. And I also was told it it could be computer trouble, but I've already replaced that sooo what could it be?? any suggestions

Re: sparatick hesitation during accelaration

Sounds like it could also be your CPS going out with it going dead that one time. I've read they'll sometime give intermittent problems but usually they'll just give up the ghost at midnight, in the boonies.

Another slim possibility maybe is the fuel heater shorting but not enough to pop the fuse.

Good luck
