No WTS light?

My dads truck has been acting up on us. The other day the WTS light never came on but the truck started. So I moved it and tried again and the light came on. The trucks been setting for 3days and we went to move it and the WTS light was on but the truck never started. There was no white smoke eaither.. So i new we wasnt getting fuel.. I no there are glowplugs out but i dont no how many. We also put a new relay on it also. So I figured the HPOP res bleed off. So we went to town and got a few thing and came home and I tried to take the resivor plug out and it was on the erge of striping.. So i said forget it and sprayed eaither in and it fired up but the WTS light wasnt on...

So could this be a ECM goin bad or what?
Sorry for the long story. Just trying to figure this thing out.. Thanks

Re: No WTS light?

Check underhood fuse #22 (30A Maxi). If it is blown your fuel heater has probably shorted. If this is the case, unplug the spade connector on the driver's side of the fuel filter bowl about halfway down, replace the fuse and try again. Cheers!
