help please....light problems

im having a problem, when i turn on my lights the brake light above the rear window goes on and the rear brake lights get bright as if the brake lights are on. nad when i step on the pedal they just stay the same. also both blinkers work the lights off but when i turn them on only my rigt blinker works also only one of my blinkers works. Someone told me there is a flasher relay or something that i can access by removing my radio? is this true? thank you.

Might be a bad turn sig. switch(ford calls it a multi-function switch) they run alot of stuff thru that thing.

I dunno if this helps but, this happened on my bike one time and the problem was that my wires were connected backwards. I reversed them and the problem went away.
