wait to start light

Wait to start light is periodically not working. Other items in cluster work when I turn the key on. Any ideas?

bulb? i know my light for the rpms will go on and off sometimes, too lazy to pull out dash though

that whole cluster has to be changed as one unit, can't change any bulbs.....

We've changed bulbs in them before.
