& you thought your leaf springs were bad.....

Well I bought the truck like this & it took me about month to figgure out why it always leaned to the left. I've been driving it since I bought it back in July without much issue. Only problem is that when you make a righthand turn you have to go slow because the whole thing kinda leans to the left. I've hauled good size loads, towed a trailer & other such truck type things. But I have to finally fix it here after I get back from vacation. I just have to get someone else to give me a hand for about an hour & it would be fixed. Just thought I'd post up some pics for you guys. You have to love the Michigan salt plus too much of a load.

Front looks just fine but..........

Something's missing from the back!

Aw shucks dude, you got 2 more leafs than I did. You'll have to re-aim the headlights after you get that fixed.
Oh, and mine was that way on both sides.

Go ARMY!

Re: & you thought your leaf springs were bad.....

It came with the "Heavy Duty" package so it got 4.10 gears, heavier springs + overloads & lug studs that look like they came off of a Dually.
I hope it rides better after I get it finished.

You should have seen it before I cleaned it up & painted it! It's VERY RARE to find a truck unless it just rolled off the dealership lot that doesn't have at least surface rust! Oh yeah my rear fuel tank leaks too (but all of the fuel is out of it now) so one more thing to replace someday.
