Angry 95 7.3 powerstroke dieing

Ok so I'm driving down the street with my foot on the throttle and my truck dies, I talked to my local mechanic who is very knowledgeable about the 7.3, he says it sounds like the IPR so I change it, my truck still continued to die and is now worse after 4 days since I changed it, and now I'm having a heck of a time getting it to start up after it does die, does anybody have another suggestion as to what it could be? My oil pressure indicator seems fine so I don't think its the pump and it doesn't rev like I have read it could be the ICP sensor

Does the tach read while cranking engine? If the tach does not read then the CPS is probably bad.

I never payed attention if it was working or not, but I did change the CPS the day after my last comment and it hasn't died yet, thanks guys, I was racking my head over this because it wasn't throwing a code
