Which Coolant to Use

I recentley purchased a 1997 F350 Powerstroke with 120,000 miles. I am going through and changing the fluids one thing at a time. I am currently on the radiator coolant. From what I have read I could either get the original green coolant and add the SCA or I could buy coolant with the SCA already added. I was thinking about using fleet charge but I wanted to see what you guys thought would be the best. Thanks

Fleet Charge is a good choice.

If only those who knew what they were talking about replied, this thread would still be on page one.

I just went to the Ford dealer. It's a little pricey. $18.00 a gallon with the sca in it. I always mix mine with distilled water.

Exactly what coolant did they sell you? Ford doesn't have a coolant for a 97 that already has SCA in it.

I'm going to my shop this morning. I think I still have a gallon there.

I did not have any left. The parts guy at the dealership said it had the sca in it. I sure hope it does.

What color was it and was it a Ford brand?
