Rotor rant and question

Just found out that oem rotors for my 97 F350 4x4 srw are extinct. Last price was $247 and sold with the hub.

Wanted a price on studs also, but they are also obsolete. Parts guy said that part number went back to 1980.

Checked a couple of other dealerships hoping for nos, nothing. One dealer found a part number for just the rotor for $100, put it was an after market sold by Ford.

I squawked at the part guys (I know they have nothing to do with it.) about the pads being available, the OBS mafia, Ford wanting them all off the road, I cant afford a $60,000 truck and bla, bla, bla. I felt a little better, so.....

What rotors are you guys running? I would prefer USA made if they exist.

No frozen, slotted, drilled stuff either, please. No $37 Auto Zone crap!

My tuck has the 6 screw Warn hubs, with the correct notched nut in the axle. What was the difference between the factory auto and manual hubs that the parts guys asked which I had. How can I tell what I have?

I figure it has to do with hub its self and Ford selling the hub and rotor as a unit.

Let me know what your using and what ones to avoid. Thanks!
