California truck codes

My 97 thru these codes yesterday what do they mean

P1319 Glow Plug CKT Lo Input Bank 1(RT)
P1393 Glow Plug CKT Lo Input Bank 2(LT)
P0381 Glow Plug indicator
P0603 Internal CTRL Module KAM Error
P1211ICP Pressure Above/Below Desire (this is HPOP not keeping up, I have a T500 to put in)

R1 DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE (DTC) P0381
DTC P0381 is set when the PCM detects a malfunction in the glow plug warning lamp circuit.
Possible causes:
Open/grounded circuit
Open WAIT TO START light
Open fuse (F-Series — Fuse 17, Econoline — Fuse 18)
Start engine.
Key on, engine running.
Does WAIT TO START light remain on?
Yes No
GO to R2 . GO to R3 .


S1 DTC P1391, P1395 — RIGHT BANK AND P1393, P1396 — LEFT BANK
Note: For running KOER glow plug monitoring self test, refer to Section 2C .

One of the above codes will set when glow plugs are commanded on for over 35 seconds and battery voltage is between 11.8v and 14v, with at least one glow plug not being powered.
Key off.
Measure voltage between large wire terminal Circuit 38 (BK/O) on glow plug relay and battery ground.
Is battery voltage present?
Yes No
GO to S2 . SERVICE open in Circuit 38 (BK/O) or fusible links.


AH1 CONTINUOUS DTC P0603 IS SET WHEN THE PCM HAS LOST KAPWR
Note: This code may have been caused by disconnecting the PCM or the batteries.

Possible causes:
Battery or PCM has been disconnected.
Battery cables loose or poor connection.
Battery discharged.
Open in KAPWR circuit.
Blown fuse.
PCM.
Check for other codes.
Key on, engine off.
Clear DTCs.
Cycle key off, then on.
Perform Retrieve Continuous DTCs.
Was DTC P0603 present?
Yes No
GO to AH2 . Intermittent failure, unable to duplicate. REPAIR other DTCs as necessary. If none, testing is complete. RESTORE vehicle. CLEAR DTCs and RETEST.

Start with the connectors at the valve covers. I would almost bet that you have burnt pins.

Ok, I'm under the hood today doing the T500 so I decided what better time to check the GP system.

All 4 plugs that go into the valve covers are good(no burnt or melted)

Also ohmed out the VC gasket pis(outer 2 pins) Al 8 I am getting 0.8 - 1.1 SO that is good in my book. What else would cause the 3 GP CEL?
