Unhappy Come home from deployment now damn truck won't start!

So, I've been gone for about a year playing in the sandbox across the pond. My truck was left with my father who drove it once or twice a month to keep all the right juices flowing in the right spots.
Long story short, I've tried and trouble shot a bunch of ####, and I can't get my injectors to cycle/prime upon turning the key.
Is it worth playing with the IPR or ICP, or what? I'm kinda stuck in the driveway as it will crank till the batteries are dead, but won't make one puff of smoke.
If anyone could point me in the right direction I'd really appreciate it (and buy you a beer if you're ever in my neck of the woods!)

Well, I don't know why my signature isn't showing up, but the truck is a 97 crewcab 5 speed, 4.10 gears. Beans "tranny saver" injectors.

What do you mean cycle/prime your injectors?

Are your glowplugs working? Have you tried plugging it in then starting it?

Have you checked all fuses under the dash and under the hood?

What he said, and maybe check your oil... Pull fuel filter too and see if thwres fuel in the bowl, of.course providing all fuses and such are good.

Yup - new fuel filter, has the correct amount of oil, it will fill the fuel bowl up after I drain it. I tested my glow plug relay and the glow plugs (with multi meter, without taking them out). I have checked all the fuses, and have switched out all the relays (40A, 5 pole in the fuse box under the hood, and the 2 next to the fuse box) one at a time to see if that would rule out anything.

By "Cycle" I mean I cannot hear them when I turn the key to the "ON" position.

Ah. Well that explains something then. Haha. The only diesels I've been around for the past while are big CAT engines, and I'm trying to remember about these 7.3s.

Well, pulled the plug on the HPOP, couldn't see much even with a light. Took a pipe cleaner to gauge the oil - annnnnnd it came out bone dry with the exception of about 1/8" of oil on the very bottom. Any direction?
