Are wheel arches identical height wise front to rear?

I have the front lifted and on the ground. Was wondering if height wise the wheel arches are identical front to rear. If I measure 46" in the front, is 46" going to make the truck sit level in the rear?

It appears to me they are the same front to back but I figured I would ask and double check. Once my rear spring is installed in ordering a custom block for the rear to make the truck perfectly level.

No. The fronts are bigger You really need to measure from the top body line. When a truck sits perfectly level, the rear looks lower because the rear tire is more stuffed

Could you put a level along the top of the bed rail?

yep... Thats the problem..

Ill measure from the upper body line to the ground then and see what it is. The distance looks VERY close for the wheel arches though.
