You are saying after replacing the glow plugs you are having an issue but is this immediately after replacing them or within some time frame of having done them? If this was instantly after doing them I would say that it is an electrical issue created during the work that was done as in possibly the connectors on the inside of the valve cover came loose which could cause a short which would shut down the idm
on that bank of cylinders. I would go back and recheck all of your work. If you replaced the UVCH while you were in there and they are dorman harnesses, they have been known to come wired wrong.
