Trans Temp Guage
Can I use a trans temp guage for just an oil temp guage. I found a kit I want that has egt, boost, and trans temp. I don't have an auto trans anymore though and am hoping I can still use the kit. I don't know the difference in temps but the guage is a 100-280* range. Also where would I install an oil temp sender?

My sender is in the header on the oil filter remover the 1/8 pipe plug temp is temp as long as you know it is oil and not trans :)
