Vibration 97 f350 crew

My front tires are wore pretty bad so I assume that is the cause of my speed related vibration but I am curious as to if worn tie rod ends can cause it too? My mech checked the truck out and only the tie rod ends were shot. The boots are busted but he went ahead and greased them anyway to help. Are they hard to replace? Any reccomendations for what to buy?

Besides the tie-rod ends how were the tires wearing ? Ball Joints could be a culprit also along with front end bushings etc. Best advice don't go with cheapy stuff it will ony let you do it all over again.

Have you checked the tires themselves? I had some old ones and they would randomly break a belt and bubble. The tread was still perfect.
