It could be many things in wiring that could cause it (first, does it have an aftermarket chip installed?). Best bet is to get a hold of an Electrical and Vacuum Troubleshooting Manual (EVTM ... about $22 at Helm Inc) and start checking all the power feeds to the PCM
(wires, fuses, relays, PCM
poer diode, etc.). The EVTM makes it a lot easier to visualize what's going on. Cheers!
