Is it the fuel pump?
I've got a problem with a 94.5 PSD I got recently. I'm not sure if it ran out of fuel or if the pump has quit. BIL thought it was starving for fuel after we pulled it for about 4 miles trying to get it started and it would only sputter and idle rough for a short period before dying. Replaced filter and there was only 1/2"-3/4" of fuel in the bowl. Been awhile since I changed filters on a PSD and I can't remember, but shouldn't the bowl be nearly full after removing the filter? Any ideas? TIA!!!!!

Could be the pump. Have you tried switching tanks? Check the fuel pressure at the schraeder valve on the fuel pressure regultor while cranking (should be a minimum of 25 psi I think). Cheers!

is there any fuel in the valley? they usually leak when they get bad.

what is you gauge reading ? I had the fuel strainers brake off my pick-up in the tank gauge said 1/4 tank but with the plastic broken it could not pick up any fuel from that tank.
