Possible fuel leak under turbo??

Hey guys I've got a 97 F250 and am trying to figure out my fuel problem. I looked in the valley and saw it was very wet thought that I may be leaking fuel around the banjo bolt , but after I cleaned and dried everything I checked again and that was not it. Fuel is coming down and resting underneath the banjo bolt but it seems to be running down the wall into that little cavity from somewhere underneath the turbo. Does anyone know what could be wrong I can't look up there and see where its coming but there is definatly a wet stream that runs from somewhere under my turbo to right down underneath my banjo bolt on the lift pump.

Re: Possible fuel leak under turbo??

Is it a Ca truck? If so check the black Bosch disk. If not, check the 2 blue hoses from lift pump to fuel bowl...

You will need an inspection mirror and a flashlight.

No its not a Cali truck just a normal 97. Ive checked all the hoses and everything on the fuel pump all of that seems fine the leak seems to be running down from father back like under wheere the turbo is bolted down so I cant see whats up there and I'm not familiar at all with these trucks this is my first diesel

Are you sure that it isn't the weep hole on the fuel pump?

Re: Possible fuel leak under turbo??

Go to the local parts store and get a telescopic mirror Like this http://www.ebay.com/itm/Sealey-Teles...item1c15f55d9e
Put baby powder in the valley where you think the leak might be coming from. Start engine, and shine the light on the mirror while holding it under the pedestal looking around at the hard fuel lines, before the banjo bolt. The one on the drivers side is hardest to see.

Look at the banjo really good. I'd bet that's where it's coming from... It's rare that the hard lines would be leaking...

You need to check the connections at the heads. From the way it sounds with you saying its coming down the wall it sounds as if your seals are leaking.
