how to delete fuel heater

I live in miami. dont think i need a fuel heater. i unplugged it years ago from the outside of the fuel filter housing. i had to rebuild the fuel pressure reg since it was clogged and buy a new filter housing since it was badly corroded.... now that im putting it all back together, can i just leave the heater (sheetmetal circle w/ coil) out of the inside and just screw the center pedistal back on without it?

Re: how to delete fuel heater

As long as there are no leaks... Yes. There's nothing in, out of or about the fb that is needed.

Doesn't roll with anyone or tag along to be cool...
