E4OD Will not downshift

My Truck isnt a PSD but an IDI it still though shares the same E4OD transmission, so Im hoping you PSD guys can be of some help here.

My transmission is stuck in 3rd or 4th gear. It has reverse and works fine. I can manually shift and it down shifts fine, just wont automatic shift. This problem happened after one nights sitting. I removed the solenoid pack wiring and it had some frayed wires I repaired them and apparently that was not the problem. I am getting power down to the plug in for the solenoid pack.

I do not have a code reader but found out how to read them with a volt meter.

Here is the video of the codes.
Can anyone decipher if for me?

If I am getting power down to the transmission that means no bad relays right? I cant tell if its an electrical problem or mechanical problem. Also I do not have a flashing OD light.

Here is what the wires looked like before the fix

And after

I am getting power with the key on to the top and bottom prongs on the right hand of the plug.

Any help is much appreciated. Its my only vehicle right now, and im having to borrow a vehicle.

Re: E4OD Will not downshift

Did you ever figure out the problem with this?

"The question is not how far. The question is, do you possess the constitution, the depth of faith, to go as far is as needed?"

I like my trucks like I like my women... Fast and Clean.
