Angry another miss of rough idle question

I have a 93 CC I swaped out the IDI And put in a 96 PSD.

did a total rebuild on it.
Bored, balanced.
Studs
Cometic Gaskets
SD Turbo
Intercooler
Swamps IDM
Baby Swamps
New Injector Cups
Smith Brothers Push Rods
Comp Cams Springs
17* HPOP
New Ford IPR
Regulated Fuel
Electric Fuel
Dp F5
Also converted the old 2 plug style VC Gaskets to the newer 1 plug with all new Ford stuff..

Now my question is ..
The other day just out of the blue it starts kinda seaming like it was running with a dead hole...

Thought maybe it was a fuel issue..
So I changed my fuel filters..
Didnt change..

Swapped the IDM..
Didnt change..

Ran a buzz test..
All good..

Ran a contrabution test..
All good..

next thing I know it is running Good...

Picked my son up after School and going up a hill it seamed to miss and the kept missing just like before..

Swapped the IDM Again..
Didnt change.

Ran the buzz test..
All Good

Did the Contrabution test 2 more times and both are saying something about cyl. 1 and 2

Oh .. no CEL OR CODES..

Want Next...

I was thinking UVC Harness, but isnt cyl 1 and 2 on differant sides??
I was planning on a 5 hr trip 1 way to get a 24' enclosed trailer Saturday..

Need HELP..

Thanks
John

I had issues with the gauge I mounted on the Reg. isnt working..

I also forgot to mention that I did the swap aprox 12,000 miles ago,,
Trouble free since the swap,, for the most part..

Re: another miss of rough idle question

Do a cylinder contribution test when it is running bad, if it doesn't pick up a bad cylinder the first time do it again. I have had to do cct's a few (once in a while) times to find the problem hole. It sounds like you have a injector problem.
